We are seeking a motivated and inquisitive candidate who thrives in research, algorithm development, and implementation. Primary Responsibilities
Develop cutting edge radar signal processing and analysis algorithms for National Defense
Research cutting edge algorithms for radar noise reduction, detection, and characterization
Perform radar data analysis
Create efficient implementations in software
Document results
Work collegially within a talented team of peers
Basic Qualifications
BS degree with 5+ years of prior relevant radar signal processing experience, Masters with 2 years of prior radar signal processing experience or Doctoral degree in a scientific field such as applied math, physics, or engineering.
Able to obtain a Top‑Secret security clearance
Experience in scientific algorithm development and radar data analysis.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
Fluency in MATLAB, Python, or similar high‑level language
Proven track record of innovation, problem solving, and achieving technical results
Strong documentation skills
Required on‑site full‑time work in San Diego, CA
Preferred Qualifications
An understanding of complex radar phenomenology, detection, and characterization.
Experience programming in C/C++
Comfortable with public speaking and/or customer presentations

Pay Range: $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
