We are looking for a North America‑focused Lead Solutions Engineer to support our new‑logo and existing‑customer sales teams with selling our Engagement, Performance, Development, and People Analytics products. Solutions Engineers play a foundational role in our GTM approach – they sit at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams and help prospective customers understand the value of our platform and how it drives key business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead complex, tailored product demonstrations to C‑level audiences in our Enterprise segment. Speak as a thought leader on how AI should impact the employee experience and educate prospects on our unique AI‑powered approach. Assist with pre‑sales discovery meetings to connect feature pain points to the organization’s key business metrics. Become an expert in the HR technology ecosystem and advise prospects on building a best‑in‑class technology stack. Expertise on the competitive landscape and position Culture Amp’s capabilities in a differentiated way. Partner with leaders in Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Product Management, and more on key business initiatives and present results to the C‑suite. Track product feature requests and collaborate with the Product team quarterly to inform roadmap prioritization. Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in HR technology as a Solutions Consulting or Solutions Engineering role. Experience supporting six‑figure opportunities simultaneously that sell into the C‑suite. Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate how feature pain points impact critical business initiatives. Ability to learn autonomously and seek out information to gain a competitive edge. Understanding of technical facets of our solution, including APIs, platform architectures, and AI technologies. Must be in a Central‑friendly timezone or be willing to work those hours. Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary (US) $150,000 – $180,000 USD In addition to base salary, the compensation package includes equity, benefits, and, for sales roles, commission.
