Our client works on a hybrid basis in West Palm, offers competitive compensation, comprehensive health, PTO and retirement benefits.**Responsibilities:*** Manage a large fund with significant equity commitments across multiple jurisdictions.* Coordinate the fund’s reporting schedule and ensure timely delivery of financial reports.* Participate in board meetings and provide financial updates.* Oversee the preparation of quarterly and year-end financial statements, capital calls, and distribution notices.* Ensure complex investments are properly accounted for under US GAAP.* Assist with the investment valuation process.* Collaborate with Treasury on liquidity forecasts.* Handle requests from investors and regulatory bodies.* Serve as the main point of contact for auditors and tax accountants.**Qualifications:*** 7+ years in accounting, preferably with private credit or from a top accounting firm.* Solid understanding of private credit products.* Familiarity with Investran ilevel portfolio monitoring software preferred* Strong knowledge of US GAAP.* Experience managing teams or overseeing third-party administrators.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Experience working in a growing organization.For more information, please apply or reach out to emma.bradley@oliverjames.com directly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
