Lead and manage the

Drive
process improvement, automation, and straight-through processing (STP)
initiatives across the futures lifecycle.
Lead internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and technology integrations.
Provide mentorship and leadership to the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and precision.
What You Bring
10+ years
of experience in
futures or listed derivatives operations
within a bank, broker, exchange, or fintech.

and FCM relationships.
Strong working knowledge of
regulatory frameworks
(CFTC, NFA, MiFID, etc.).
Technical literacy and comfort collaborating with developers—experience with
SQL, Python, or workflow automation tools
a plus.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a track record of managing high‑performing teams.
Bachelor’s degree in
Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field;
advanced degree preferred.
