About the Opportunity The firm's corporate practice offers a blend of comprehensive legal expertise and practical business counseling that enables clients to clarify goals, find solutions and achieve results across varied business transactions. The corporate attorneys advise clients on a wide variety of issues affecting commercial, financial and industrial enterprises, both publicly and privately owned.
The firm covers every aspect of the private equity market, including fundraising and investment fund formation, direct investments, portfolio company management and acquisitions, and platform exits. Our clients include global commingled funds, independent sponsors, and family offices.
Key Requirements for Consideration
Associate with 3+ years of private equity transactional experience
Candidates must have experience with acquisitions, divestitures, mergers and joint ventures, private equity funds and financial institutions
Be dedicated to professional development consistent with this
on-track partnership position
JD from a
top-ranked law school
(T14, strong T25, or highly regarded regional law school)
Admission to the Bar in the office location of the position ( Boston )
Experience at a highly regarded law firm (Am Law 200, Vault-ranked firm, or
top boutique )
