About the Opportunity
We are seeking a mid-level associate corporate attorney with
substantial M&A experience
for any of our offices in the Bay Area (Silicon Valley or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, New York or Boston.
Ideal candidates will have
3-5 years of M&A experience at a leading corporate firm .
Experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies is a positive.
