Their solutions combine imaging, automation, robotics, and control technologies to help customers achieve the highest standards of safety and performance.

Operating from state‑of‑the‑art facilities and supported by a talented, multidisciplinary team of mechanical, electrical, software, and imaging engineers, our client delivers complex, high‑precision systems to customers around the world.

The Role We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our client’s dynamic engineering team. This is a hands‑on position, responsible for the design, wiring, testing, debugging, and installation of complex electro‑mechanical industrial inspection systems.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with mechanical, x‑ray, and systems engineering teams to design and integrate automated handling systems, robotic components, and control architectures for high‑performance industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop detailed electrical schematics and layouts using AutoCAD Electrical.

Install, wire, and configure electrical, imaging, and x‑ray components for both new and existing systems.

Program and debug PLC and PC‑based control systems for automation and system control.

Review engineering drawings and ensure compliance with company standards, quality guidelines, and electrical codes.

Generate and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) within MRP/ERP systems.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (mechanical, software, imaging) to produce and maintain accurate design documentation.

Support installation, testing, and commissioning of systems both in‑house and at customer sites.

Assist in the creation of technical documentation, manuals, and customer‑facing support materials.

Essential Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

3–5 years of relevant experience in electrical or electro‑mechanical system design.

Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical.

Hands‑on experience with PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens) and motor drives (Copley or equivalent).

Strong knowledge of electrical circuitry, safety standards, and regulatory compliance (UL, CE, etc.).

Familiarity with control programming environments such as RSLogix, VB, or scripting languages.

Experience integrating drives, servos, PLCs, and real‑time control networks (e.g., CANbus).

Skilled in troubleshooting and testing using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and related tools.

Desirable Skills

Experience wiring and assembling electrical panels.

Robotics programming experience (training available if required).

Exposure to high‑voltage systems and x‑ray components.

Knowledge of pneumatic actuator control, relay logic, and power distribution.

Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems and prior soldering experience.

Additional Requirements

Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident authorized to work in the U.S.

Must successfully pass background and drug screening.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (approx. 20%).

What’s on Offer

Competitive salary and benefits package.

Opportunity to work on advanced, high‑impact engineering projects.

Exposure to cutting‑edge technologies in imaging, robotics, and automation.

Collaborative, innovative team culture with strong technical mentorship and growth potential.
