We’re seeking an experienced
Tax Manager
with strong technical knowledge and leadership ability to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to manage complex client engagements—including renewable energy and multi-entity partnerships—while mentoring others and shaping the firm’s long-term success.
What You’ll Do
Review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships
Act as a key client contact, particularly in areas involving renewable energy tax credits and partnership structures
Conduct in-depth research on complex tax issues and prepare clear, well-documented technical memos
Provide strategic tax planning and credit optimization to minimize client tax liabilities
Stay current with evolving tax laws and proactively apply insights to client strategies
Mentor and train staff while contributing to internal process improvement and quality standards
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Accounting or related field
5+ years of public accounting experience
CPA or EA designation preferred
Strong experience with partnership and corporate tax returns
Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative, team-oriented culture
Bonus: experience with renewable fuels, energy credits, or related industries
