About the Opportunity Seeking an experienced
Senior Attorney (6+ years)
to join an Insurance and Catastrophic Loss / Litigation practice group. The candidate will serve as a strategic advisor on high-exposure matters involving major property, casualty, and specialty lines on a national scale.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a portfolio of diverse insurance coverage matters (both litigated and non-litigated).
Develop and execute litigation strategies for high-stakes, multi-party disputes.
Handle all aspects of the litigation process, including discovery, motion practice, trial and overall case management.
Advise insurers and corporate clients on exposure and resolution strategies.
Active mentoring of junior attorneys
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.).
Minimum 6 years’ experience
in insurance coverage and/or catastrophic loss litigation
Strong understanding of complex coverage lines and multi-jurisdictional litigation.
Experience handling high-exposure and technically complex cases.
