About the Opportunity We are seeking
4–5 full-time Hospitalists
and
1 Nocturnist
to join a busy and well-supported inpatient medicine team at a leading
Level 2 Trauma Center
in Dothan, Alabama. This team plays a vital role in delivering high-quality care across a 75-mile regional coverage area with strong hospital resources.
Facility Highlights
Level 2 Trauma Center
&
Comprehensive Stroke Center
(one of only two in Alabama)
Large, busy inpatient medical service with advanced ICU and telemetry capabilities
Collaborative multidisciplinary care teams
Strong hospital leadership and support for physicians
75-mile referral coverage area
Position Highlights
Hospitalist roles include day and swing shifts; Nocturnist covers overnight shifts
Competitive schedule with flexible shift patterns and work-life balance focus
Support from Advanced Practice Providers and hospital staff
Opportunity for clinical leadership roles (optional)
