We're building AI agents that help
local governments automate repetitive tasks, improve operational efficiency, and better serve their communities . We’re now hiring a
founding full-stack engineer
to help us unlock a critical go-to-market inflection point and scale to 100+ cities and $3–6M ARR in the next 12 months.
What We’re Looking For We’re not looking for "just another hire" — we’re looking for a
mission-driven builder
to help shape the future of how cities operate.

Minimum Requirements
0–5 years of experience in full-stack software engineering
Strong in both
Python
and
JavaScript
Comfortable working across the stack — frontend & backend (the % split doesn’t matter)
Demonstrated
side projects or independent work
on GitHub
Familiarity with
LLM APIs
like OpenAI
Clear signs of
ambition, ownership, and deep motivation
Learn fast, build fast — can show us multiple high-quality projects outside of class or work
Ideal Background (any of the following)
Previous experience at
early-stage, high-growth tech startups
(especially in applied AI)
Early SWE at a
VC-backed GenAI startup
in SF or NYC
Founder/co-founder of a tech project or startup
Engineer at a
Neo ,
AI Grant , or
YC
company
Graduate of a top CS program (e.g., Stanford, Waterloo) or
Neo Scholar

Experience with

Taste for building in "unsexy" industries (govtech, real estate, construction, supply chain, etc.)
