(10+ years each in AI research, academia, and enterprise AI), with prior experience at major tech companies and institutions. They’ve also brought on senior commercial/legal leadership to accelerate customer adoption.
About the Role As a
Founding Fullstack Engineer , you’ll be among the first engineering hires with the opportunity to
shape the infrastructure, product, and culture . This is a high‑ownership role where you’ll collaborate directly with the founding team to architect and scale customer‑facing applications.
Responsibilities
Build and own core user‑facing applications (front‑end + back‑end)
Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to define technical direction
Drive technical projects from strategy to implementation
Promote best engineering practices, CI/CD pipelines, and quality standards
Contribute to product roadmaps and business growth initiatives
Candidate Profile
4+ years in full‑stack development
(frontend + backend)
Skilled in
JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Python, SQL, CI/CD, Git
Startup experience strongly preferred
Comfortable in
fast‑paced, ambiguous environments
Interested in large impact and ownership as an early team member
Tech Stack JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Python, SQL, CI/CD, Git, AI‑assisted tools (Cursor, Lovable, etc.)
Work Environment
Hybrid: 3–4 days/week in-office (NYC or SF) + 1 weekend day remote
Small, high‑agency team with significant influence over product direction
