I'm assisting a well-funded, revenue-generating recruiting marketplace startup with their search for Software Engineers. They are open to product-minded fullstack engineers, staff level engineers and AI/LLM product engineers. The role will work onsite in their Jackson Square San Francisco office.
What you’ll do: You’ll work on
high-impact, data-driven projects
that optimize recruiter efficiency, improve hiring outcomes, and scale our platform across industries. Key challenges you’ll tackle include:
Intelligent Matching
→ Build systems to precisely match recruiters to roles and candidates to jobs, optimizing placements with real-time data and AI.
Growth Engineering
→ Solve how we acquire every vertical—expanding reach and impact while maintaining efficiency at scale.
Leveraging Unique Data
→ Harness our proprietary recruiting data to continuously improve matching algorithms, recruiter efficiency, and company hiring processes.
Upleveling Recruiters
→ Reduce time-to-value, optimize incentives, and build tools that make recruiters more effective from day one.
Optimizing the Company Experience
→ Design a seamless, data-driven hiring process that makes recruiting effortless and effective for companies.
Ideal candidate traits:
Product-minded engineer who cares deeply about the customer and the business. High attention to detail in design and interaction to strive for an easy and delightful user experience.
2+ years of full-stack coding experience building products end-to-end and love owning a codebase top to bottom.
You’ve either worked at early-stage startups and/or you’re a tinkerer-builder, often hacking products on your own or with friends.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Thrives from working with a team and has immense drive and passion towards the work you do.
Bonus points if you have prior experience in the talent and recruiting space.
