Project Manager - Heavy Civil Concrete/Highway Construction
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our heavy civil concrete and highway construction projects. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee all aspects of project delivery, from planning to completion.
Your Responsibilities:
Provide overall management direction for existing projects and develop new business opportunities
Oversee all phases of the construction project timeline
Manage financial aspects of contracts, including fee payment, rental equipment, and income/expenses
Lead project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
Collaborate with superintendents, engineers, and coordinators to ensure project success
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of project engineer experience in heavy civil concrete structures, roadway, bridge, and dirt excavation projects
Minimum 2 years of experience managing/supervising less experienced project engineers
Proven track record of delivering successful projects
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
