Join our passionate team and be part of shaping the future of advertising technology! We are seeking a seasoned Analyst Relations (AR) leader to join the Amazon Ads AR team. The ideal candidate has a proven track‑record of demonstrating successful AR program development and management – ideally in the advertising measurement space – with the ability to quickly grasp technical topics, craft strategic analyst engagement plans, collaborate and influence cross‑functionally, and oversee daily operations.

This person will go deep on our Measurement, Analytics, and Data Science solutions – building an AR strategy for the stories we tell, when and how we tell them, and to whom. They will work with product marketing, product, brand, events, and PR leaders to define and reinforce our key messages and ensure successful product launches. This is a highly visible role and will be a trusted partner to senior leaders across Ads. This person must be comfortable balancing strategic thinking with tactical, detailed execution while working independently, sorting through ambiguously defined problems, and identifying market challenges and opportunities for our customers.

Key job responsibilities

Lead AR program strategy and execution for specific product areas in collaboration with Ads leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders

Build and maintain strategic analyst relationships to drive understanding and awareness of Amazon Ads' Measurement, Analytics, and Data Science solutions

Secure positive analyst coverage through proactive and reactive engagements, including industry reports and evaluations

Partner with product, marketing, and leadership teams to align on messaging and analyst engagement priorities

Establish mechanisms to leverage analyst insights to inform product roadmaps, positioning, and strategic initiatives

Manage core AR activities including briefings, events, inquiries, and reporting

Coordinate and prioritize analyst requests for information, research reviews, and speaking engagements

Basic Qualifications

11+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience

Experience communicating results to senior leadership

Experience building, executing and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs

Experience driving direction and alignment with cross‑functional teams

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in B2B, digital advertising, and ad‑tech products/services

Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non‑technical audiences, including senior leadership

11+ years of analyst relations experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $153,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $252,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
