Work with the scientists, technicians, and specialists to batch large scale formulations using both the tank batching process and the continuous batching system.
**Equipment and Test method knowledge** Work with Team Lead(s) and other Specialists to bring in new equipment and learn new testing protocols.
Look for continuous improvements in and outside the areas in which they work.
When safety upgrades are found work with the Tech Services Team to have these upgrades put into practice.* Mechanical skills* Bachelor’s Degree* Ability to lift 50lbs in a safe ergonomically correct manner.* The ability to ascend and descend stairs2+years of technical experience in a laboratory, working with different testing equipment, R&D work. Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups and collaborate with internal team members and external vendors.Excellent organization and time management skills.
