Accountabilities
Act as a data‑driven partner to product, marketing, and operations teams, providing strategic insights and recommendations
Conduct deep dives into user behavior to identify performance drivers and growth opportunities
Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for decision‑making across teams
Build and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, and KPIs to track business performance and experiment outcomes
Collaborate on the design, execution, and interpretation of A/B tests and other experiments
Explore predictive modeling, segmentation, and other advanced analytics to optimize targeting and engagement strategies
Partner with engineering and data science teams to enhance analytical tools and workflows
Requirements
5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or strategy roles
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Hex, Grafana, Tableau, or equivalent
Experience with dbt or similar data transformation tools
Familiarity with Python, R, or other languages for advanced analytics
Demonstrated ability to convert data into actionable business insights and clear narratives for non‑technical audiences
Experience supporting experimentation, measurement, and performance tracking initiatives
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills with a proactive mindset
Comfort with analytical and collaboration tools, including Google Sheets and other relevant platforms
Preferred: experience with predictive modeling, user segmentation, behavioral analytics, marketing analytics, and B2C or retail environments
