About the Opportunity
Seeking a highly qualified
mid-level or senior associate (4 - 7 years of experience)
to join our Government Contracts and Grants subspecialty within our Global Trade practice.
The successful candidate must have experience conducting due diligence related to the investment in, acquisition of, sale of or corporate reorganization of companies that do business with state or federal government agencies.
Significant experience with contract review and analysis, preparation of disclosure schedules, and analysis of corporate compliance programs tailored to government end users is also required.
Items Needed to Apply Outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
