within Kelvion Germany GmbH at the site in Baierbrunn near Munich / Remote, we are looking for a Head of Regional Sales VM HVAC-R DACH (m/f/d) Management and development of a team of sales engineers in the field of HVAC-R Strategic personnel and deployment planning Support and acquisition of key customers as well as new customers Coordination of product inquiries and price negotiations Creation and evaluation of sales documents and statistics Participation in sales strategy, budget and KPI planning Organization of customer visits, trade fairs and marketing initiatives Maintenance of CRM systems and handling of complaints Responsibility for personnel management and development Willingness to travel in the DACH region Your profile Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or business administration or similarly qualified training Very good market and product knowledge of HVAC-R, especially in the field of refrigeration Good network to customers and associations in our HVAC-R industry in DACH Several years of management experience in teams of up to 15 employees Good written and spoken English skills Good team integration, self-reflection and entrepreneurial thinking and acting At Kelvion we thrive on collaboration, embracing diversity of thought, and valuing every voice.
