Hours: Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-12pm, additional hours as needed Reports to: Executive Director Summary

The Chief Administrative Officer is responsible for driving the operational effectiveness of the organization. This role oversees internal systems, ensures smooth day-to-day operations, and supports strategic initiatives that advance the organization's mission. The Chief Administrative Officer works closely with the CEO and leadership to translate vision into action, ensuring programs and team members are aligned to meet community needs efficiently and sustainably. Essential Responsibilities

Operations Oversight - Oversee the day-to-day operations of BPJCC’s service departments (e.g., Social Services, Workforce Development, Immigration Services). Team Supervision - Supervise administrative staff. Organizational Culture - Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, mission-aligned performance and excellence. Service Quality - Ensure high standards of service delivery, cultural sensitivity, and client satisfaction. Staff Development - Identify staffing needs, support professional development, and implement performance evaluations. Strategic Execution - Implement strategic initiatives developed in coordination with the CEO and board. Cross-Department Coordination - Ensure smooth coordination between programs, administrative support, and executive leadership. Systems Building - Build systems and procedures that support programmatic growth and improve service delivery. Program Supervision – Oversee high-level management of all BPJCC programs, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with strategic priorities. Regulatory Compliance - Ensure compliance with government contracts, nonprofit regulations, and internal policies. CRM Oversight – Supervise the implementation, use, and training strategy for the organization’s CRM, ensuring data accuracy and staff proficiency. Quality Oversight - Oversee grant reporting, program audits and quality assurance efforts across programs. Budget Alignment - Collaborate with the fiscal department to develop and manage budgets aligned with program goals and funding requirements. Operational Efficiency - Identify opportunities for cost-effective operations. Data-Driven Improvement - Recommend improvements or innovations based on data and community needs. Stakeholder Engagement - Build and maintain relationships with partner agencies, government entities, elected officials, and funders to support BPJCC’s mission. Public Representation - Represent the BPJCC at meetings and events when needed. Qualifications

Strong background in program operations, staff supervision, and organizational systems. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities. Knowledge of nonprofit compliance, government contracts, and program reporting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree required. Fluent in English and Yiddish.
