In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable front-end applications that deliver engaging experiences to millions of users. You will work in a fast-paced Agile environment, collaborating closely with product designers, back-end engineers, and QA teams to translate requirements into performant React components. Accountabilities
Develop, maintain, and ship high-quality React‑based front-end features in collaboration with cross‑functional teams
Translate designs, wireframes, and product requirements into accessible, performant, and responsive UI components
Own UI architecture decisions, including component design, state management, data fetching patterns, and abstractions
Write well‑tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews while mentoring peers on best practices
Debug, triage, and resolve issues across browsers and devices in partnership with QA and product teams
Optimize front-end performance for scalability, including rendering efficiency, Core Web Vitals, bundle size, and caching strategies
Define and implement AI‑assisted engineering best practices, using tools like Cursor responsibly to accelerate development without compromising code quality
Requirements
4+ years of professional experience building production web applications with React or another major JS framework
Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), DOM fundamentals, and React principles (hooks, composition, lifecycle)
Experience with asynchronous UI patterns, RESTful APIs, and modern authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT)
Familiarity with front-end tooling (Vite, Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn/pnpm) and Git-based workflows (branching, PRs, CI/CD)
Practical experience using AI-powered development tools and validating generated code for correctness and security
Strong HTML, CSS/SCSS, and responsive design skills; familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG/ARIA)
Experience with testing practices and tools (unit, integration, E2E) to ensure robust and reliable applications
Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with strong attention to detail and user experience
