What you will be doing:
Join a boutique commercial real estate law firm based in White Plains, New York.
Work on a wide range of real estate disciplines, representing owners, operators, developers, and tenants.
Handle acquisitions, financing, joint ventures, leasing, construction, and dispositions of properties.
Collaborate with a diverse client portfolio including family offices, NYSE REITs, and entrepreneurial owners/developers.

Experience you will need:
1-5 years of transactional real estate experience preferred but recent law school graduates will be considered.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively to timely consummate transactions.
Must be a member in good standing of the New York State Bar.
Ideal candidates should be residents of Westchester, Rockland, or Fairfield counties.
