Licensed Therapist – Immigration Services Setting

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Licensed Therapist who is passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals within a secure immigration processing center. This is a meaningful opportunity to provide trauma-informed care to people navigating complex life transitions.
Job Duties
Conduct clinical assessments through interviews and review of behavioral health history.
Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans based on each individual's emotional and psychological needs.
Provide individual counseling, crisis intervention, and therapeutic support in a culturally responsive manner.
Maintain accurate documentation of clinical services and progress in electronic health records.
Protect sensitive health and personal information with complete confidentiality.
Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques and strategies to support individuals in a structured environment.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related clinical field.
Active, unrestricted California LPC, LMFT, or LCSW license.
At least five years of clinical experience, including two years working in a secure or high-acuity environment serving diverse populations.
