Job Overview:
The Driscoll Health System is seeking a BE/BC Pediatric Hematology/Oncologist to join a robust program engaged in providing the highest standard of patient care for the children of South Texas. This opportunity is at the Rio Grande Valley location and aims to make a substantial impact on an underserved population.
The division manages children and young adults with a full range of hematology and oncology diagnoses, participates in the Children’s Oncology Group, and sees 50-60 new oncology patients per year. Our multidisciplinary team includes CRAs, Pharm. D, case manager, registered dietician, social workers, child‑life specialist, and chaplain.
This is primarily a clinical position where the successful candidate will provide care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, participate in COG research and tumor boards, and contribute to patient‑centered support.
The ideal candidate is a BE/BC Pediatric Hematology/Oncologist eligible for licensure in the state of Texas. Successful applicants will enjoy a highly competitive compensation package.
Compensation and Benefits:
