Senior Project Architect - Large-Scale Data Center & Mission Critical (Hybrid)
We're partnering with a global design firm ranked among the top in the industry. The firm has a diverse portfolio and is seeking a Senior Project Architect to join its growing Mission Critical team – designing data centers, advanced manufacturing, and high-tech facilities. This firm provides global resources with a local feel and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities
Lead teams and project architects in planning, coordination, and solving complex design and technical challenges
Partner with the PIC/PM to define work plans, schedules, and deliverables while ensuring quality and profitability
Oversee implementation documents and code compliance to maintain design intent and QA/QC standards
Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, building trusted relationships through clear communication
Mentor staff, guide consultant coordination, and champion innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
15+ years of architectural experience leading large, complex projects
Licensed Architect with a professional degree in Architecture
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and Bluebeam; working knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, and visualization tools
Deep understanding of construction methods, building systems, sustainability, and integrated design
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and client relationships effectively
