An established restoration services firm is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations at its Nashville branch. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the branch’s operations — from budgeting and staffing to client relationships and claims support. The role requires a blend of leadership, project management, and restoration industry experience. Success in this position means maintaining high service standards, meeting financial targets, and fostering a values‑based team culture. Responsibilities

Lead and implement strategic plans to ensure branch profitability and operational excellence Manage budgets, monthly cash flow, and profit margins Oversee performance, staffing, and facility operations, including hiring and annual reviews Support claims as needed — including estimating or managing large‑loss projects Maintain strong client relationships and represent the business on field sales calls Handle legal issues, collections, and warranty concerns Approve invoicing and ensure alignment with client programs and expectations Foster a culture grounded in accountability, service, and professional growth Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 1–2 years of management experience in a relevant industry (restoration, construction, field services, etc.) Strong leadership, team management, and decision‑making skills Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry‑specific software Comfortable working in dynamic environments, including exposure to outdoor elements and job sites Physically capable of lifting/moving up to 50lbs when necessary Nice to Have

Previous experience overseeing restoration or insurance claim projects Familiarity with large‑loss estimating and field operations Understanding of warranty claims and compliance processes Location
