As Director of Strategic Finance at Patlytics, you will report directly to the CEO and own financial strategy, modeling, and investor relations as we prepare for Series B and Series C fundraising. This role requires exceptional business acumen, advanced Excel modeling skills, and the ability to translate concepts into actionable financial insights and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

You will:

Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support strategic decisions and fundraising.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning across the organization.

Partner with the CEO on investor presentations, board materials, and fundraising strategy.

Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to drive growth and efficiency.

Develop KPIs and dashboards for executive reporting.

Manage relationships with investors, bankers, and external advisors.

You have:

5+ years in investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance roles.

Expert-level Excel modeling and financial analysis skills.

Strong presentation and storytelling ability for investor decks and board materials.

Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, burn multiple, payback period).

Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and turn ideas into actionable plans.

Bonus:

Prior experience supporting Series B/C fundraising at a high-growth startup.

MBA or CFA are nice to have but not required, capabilities matter more than qualifications.
