ASAP - Ongoing Supervision model 1:4 MD ratio 16 FTE total program 8 OR's & 2 Endo Case mix: GS, Endo, OB, Gyn, Pod, Uro, ENT, Ortho, Ortho-totals, NO hearts, No Heads, No Peds, MD's do Epidurals Shift: M-F, 7-3p Call is 3p-7a, and 24hr weekend call On call - 1 MD and 1 CRNA on call nights and weekends (not in house) EPIC EMR
