Manage multiple fast-track restaurant projects simultaneously from preconstruction through close-out
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Lead weekly project meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders
Oversee procurement, subcontracts, change orders, and pay applications
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and brand-specific requirements
Drive problem-solving in the field to keep projects on schedule under aggressive timelines

5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
~ Proven experience managing fast-casual or QSR projects (Chick-fil-A experience strongly preferred)
~ Background working with national retail/restaurant brands and strict corporate standards
~ Proficient in construction management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
~ Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally throughout South Florida
