As Executive Director Investor Relations Transfer Agency (IR), you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the IR function within Alternative Investment Services (AIS). You will lead a highperforming team, champion change management, and partner with senior stakeholders across the organization to optimize processes, mitigate risk, and deliver on business objectives.

About Alternative Investor Relations Operations (IR). Alternative Investor Relations Operations provides an endtoend service offering to alternative investment clients (hedge funds, fund of hedge funds, and private equity funds) and their investors.
Serve as the senior escalation point for complex client and investor matters, demonstrating deep expertise and sound judgment in resolving issues.
Oversee and enhance the endtoend investor relations operating model, driving innovation, process optimization, and risk mitigation.
Lead largescale change initiatives, including systems implementations, data migrations, and reengineering projects, ensuring successful delivery and adoption.
Oversee the execution of regulatory and compliance requirements, ensuring robust controls and adherence to global standards.
Lead the identification and remediation of risk areas, partnering with control functions and senior management.
Perform other strategic duties as assigned by AIS and CIB senior management.
Extensive experience in the alternative investment servicing industry, with deep expertise in investor relations, regulatory practices, and operations.
Demonstrated track record of strategic leadership, managing large teams, and delivering complex change initiatives in a matrixed environment.
Strong technical knowledge of hedge funds, asset classes, and fund structures, with a comprehensive understanding of industry products and trends.
Proven ability to build and manage senior client relationships and influence at the executive level.
Deep understanding of the regulatory framework and risk management practices relevant to the industry.
Bachelors degree required; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Visio, Outlook).
Experience with SQL and project management software (e.g., MS Project) is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of Hedge Fund Accounting/Investor Relations systems.
Change Management: Leads transformation initiatives, manages ambiguity, and drives adoption.
Risk and Control: Maintains a strong control environment and ensures regulatory compliance.
Builds effective partnerships across functions and geographies.
