- Review and analyze legal and financial documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Proofread comments provided by legal and accounting professionals to ensure clarity and compliance.
- Perform account reconciliations to verify and balance financial data.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Handle billing tasks, including invoice generation and tracking.
- Enter and maintain accurate financial data into relevant systems.
- Process invoices with attention to detail and timeliness.
- Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to manage financial records.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize document management workflows. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
- Proficiency in account reconciliation and accounts payable/receivable processes.
- Strong skills in billing, invoice processing, and data entry.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
