Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000 annually (plus bonus and comprehensive benefits)

Lead and build a Finance Shared Services organization focused on Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Project Accounting . Drive process standardization , automation , and operational excellence across financial operations.

What You'll Do:
- Centralize AR , AP , and Project Accounting functions.
- Standardize workflows and ensure GAAP compliance .
- Oversee invoicing, payments, and project financial reporting.
- Implement automation and ERP tools (Deltek, OneStream).
- Build and mentor a high-performing team.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA or MBA preferred).
- 10+ years progressive experience, 5+ in leadership.
- Expertise in GAAP , shared services , and project accounting .
- ERP proficiency and strong leadership skills.
