- Greet visitors, employees, and customers in a professional and courteous manner at the front desk.
- Monitor access to the location by verifying identification and maintaining visitor logs as required.
- Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies provided by Allied Universal and the client.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Assist with emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal protocols and site-specific instructions.
- Provide information and assistance to visitors and employees as needed while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity at the front desk area through attentive presence and adherence to procedures.
- Communicate with Allied Universal management, local authorities, and/or emergency personnel as necessary.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control or badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
