- Greet visitors, employees, and guests in a professional manner, providing customer service while adhering to security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a financial institution location.
- Monitor access to the facility by verifying identification and maintaining visitor logs to help to deter unauthorized entry.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
- Communicate with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding security-related concerns, incidents, or emergencies as needed.
- Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, including guiding occupants and coordinating with emergency personnel if required.
- Operate security-related technology and/or equipment provided at the front desk, such as access control systems, CCTV, and communication devices.
- Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter potential security-related issues and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Access control or badge experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
