The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, facility coordination, and officewide systems that ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient functioning of the organization's headquarters and future shared-service operations for the holding company. This role manages administrative workflows, staff scheduling support, inventory control, facilities and asset oversight, vendor management, and cross-departmental coordination. The Office Manager serves as the primary administrative anchor of the organization, ensuring a professional, organized, and welcoming environment for staff, clients, partners, and visitors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable balancing administrative execution with operational oversight. They must be able to anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively across departments. Bilingual Spanish is a plus!
