Description We are seeking a reliable General Office Clerk to provide support with daily administrative and clerical tasks. - Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and process outgoing mail
- Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Provide basic customer service to visitors and clients
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order as necessary
- Operate standard office equipment, such as photocopiers and fax machines
- Support other administrative team members with various tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous office or clerical experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must currently reside in Hawaii
