Jacuzzi Group is hiring: Sr. Production Manager (San Jose) in San Jose

Sr. Production Manager Jacuzzi Bath Remodel, part of Jacuzzi Group, is the fastestgrowing business unit and is expanding with a brand new facility in San Jose, CA. We are looking for an experienced, motivated Sr. Production Manager to build and lead our San Jose production team. Responsibilities Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. Manage and oversee the Operations team, including Installation Managers, installation teams, and the warehouse. Oversee inventory management and supply chain processes preferred experience with an ERP/MRP system. Monitor and manage budgets and expenses related to operations (P&L). Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, customers, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements (OSHA). Work collaboratively with Jacuzzi Group manufacturing facilities to ensure timely delivery of materials. Perform additional duties as assigned. Compensation is based on experience: $110,000+ plus a substantial monthly bonus structure based on performance. Requirements ~ Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. ~5+ years of experience in Operations Management, Production Management, Installation Management or a related role. ~ Previous construction experience dealing with commercial / highrise buildings preferred. ~ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. ~ Inventory Management experience required; ERP software preferred. ~ Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills. ~ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
