**What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site, especially in manufacturing and industrial locations.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents encountered during patrols to Allied Universal management and/or site contacts as required.
  • Assist with controlling access to the location, verifying credentials as needed, and monitoring for compliance with site policies.
  • Document and maintain records of patrols, incidents, and any other security-related activities as directed by site procedures.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
