As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a manufacturing and industrial location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with employees and visitors, and deliver exceptional customer service. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. **What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
  • Observe and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
  • Communicate and collaborate with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment.
  • Follow all post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal management and site leadership.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
