You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. **What You'll Do:**

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor for unusual activity or conditions and report findings as required.
• Support emergency response activities as appropriate for the location.
• Communicate with Allied Universal management and site personnel as needed to relay information and updates.
• Complete reports and documentation related to patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities.

**Minimum Requirements:**

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
