**What You'll Do:**

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points for personnel, vehicles, and visitors.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by site-specific protocols.
• Support emergency preparedness by participating in drills and assisting with evacuation procedures when necessary.
• Communicate professionally with client staff, visitors, and Allied Universal team members while upholding the highest standards of customer service.

**Minimum Requirements:**

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and/or first aid is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
