As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible throughout the site to help to deter security-related incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to those onsite. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. **What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other critical areas to help to deter trespassing and/or unauthorized access.
  • Observe and report any security-related concerns, hazards, or incidents to Allied Universal management and/or site supervisors promptly.
  • Assist visitors, employees, and contractors by providing information and guidance regarding site protocols and access procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with site personnel and local law enforcement as needed during incidents and critical events.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of activities, incidents, and observations during each shift.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
