As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. **What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, helping to support a secure environment within the manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
  • Maintain awareness of the surroundings and assist with access control procedures as needed.
  • Document incidents and daily activities according to Allied Universal policies and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with site staff and visitors to provide assistance and information as requested.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • X-ray screening experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
