What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and vendors in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Provide customer service by assisting individuals entering or exiting the facility and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial property, including the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and report any unusual findings.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following established protocols and procedures.
• Document security-related incidents, observations, and activities accurately in daily reports.
• Enforce site-specific policies and procedures related to access control and security-related matters.
• Support emergency response activities as directed, communicating clearly with Allied Universal management and client representatives.
• Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members and client personnel to maintain a secure and orderly environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
