Accounting Specialist
to join our team in Chicago, IL. This role will play a key part in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and supporting overall business operations.
Accounting Specialist Responsibilities:
Handle accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations Manage accounts receivable, processing customer invoices, payments, and collections Process payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees Perform bank and account reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting best practices
Accounting Specialist Requirements:
2+ years of accounting experience Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
