is seeking an

Expert Character Artist

to join our Boston studio to work on

Cyberpunk 2 , the next mainline Cyberpunk 2077 game. Bring your expertise, attention to detail, and passion for creating realistic characters to help develop high-fidelity characters for our games. Daily Responsibilities

Independently create high-quality character assets. Collaborate with rigging, tech art, and animation teams to optimize models for animation. Establish and enforce best practices. Texture and prepare assets for key visuals. Work closely with the Art Director and art team. Maintain and improve the character production pipeline. Write briefs for outsourced work and review vendor submissions. Coordinate with directors and production for planning and estimating. Mentor other artists and foster a creative, trusting environment. Qualifications

Ability to work independently, own tasks, and deliver results. Minimum of 8 years of experience in 3D character modeling. Experience with sculpting and scanning pipelines. Proficiency in modeling and texturing a diverse range of characters and creatures. Strong understanding of human and animal anatomy. Skills in both organic and hard-surface modeling. Expertise with industry-standard sculpting and texturing software. Creative design skills with innovative thinking. Ability to give and receive constructive feedback. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Applicants should include a portfolio with their application. Additional Information

This position requires working in Boston, US, in a hybrid or full-time in-office setting.
