Overview The Head of Government Affairs and Public Policy will lead the development and execution of Lantheus’ public policy agenda, collaborating across departments and engaging with external organizations to support industry growth and organizational objectives. This role includes managing public policy initiatives, Lantheus PAC, and policy advisors.

Essential Responsibilities

Develop and implement a government relations strategy addressing legislative and regulatory issues at state and federal levels in the radiopharmaceutical industry. Build relationships with policymakers and advocacy groups to promote policies supporting patient access and product portfolio. Create and maintain policy positions aligned with corporate strategy. Establish systems to track policy impact and report to leadership. Define KPIs to evaluate policy effectiveness. Represent Lantheus’ priorities in trade organizations like MITA, CORAR, & BIO, maintaining strong external relationships. Capabilities / Competencies Build relationships with thought leaders, policymakers, and partners. Demonstrate strong leadership, team development, and strategic planning skills. Manage organizational change and foster a culture of engagement and accountability. Communicate persuasively across all organizational levels. Make enterprise-wide decisions aligned with business priorities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in science, business, or finance; master's in health policy or related field preferred; MBA optional. 12+ years in health policy, government programs, or related sectors, with payer and commercial experience. At least 5 years managing high-performing teams. Deep knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and compliance. Experience in the US pharmaceutical market, healthcare reform, pricing, reimbursement, and regulatory environments; radiopharmaceutical or oncology experience preferred. Proven cross-departmental collaboration skills and change management experience. Results-oriented with strong prioritization skills. Innovative thinker with knowledge of new technologies and industry trends. Strong stakeholder influence skills. Willingness to travel as needed; valid driver’s license required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Oncology or Neuroscience. Knowledge of radiopharmaceuticals, theranostics, or treatment paradigms.
