Responsibilities

Provide full-time Physician Assistant services trained in Gastroenterology, including performing physical exams and interpreting diagnostic tests. Develop treatment plans and educate patients about their conditions. Coordinate patient care with other healthcare providers. Assist with the GI Hospitalist team and, in clinic, assist with the outpatient practice. Based on workload, assist with patient calls and messages for the GI clinics. Qualifications

Required Qualifications: Graduate from an Accredited School of Physician Assistant Studies Licensed in the State of Texas Board certified or eligible AHA ACLS certification Preferred Qualifications: Conversationally fluent in Spanish Salary, Benefits and Conditions

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
