President/Chief Executive Officer. The new CEO must have the ability to work collaboratively with the Board of Directors and the team to drive the organization’s vision and values to ensure its continued financial health, outstanding service, and strong community presence in the marketplace. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Establishing and executing major goals and objectives of the Credit Union Interpreting and implementing policies and procedures established by the Board of Directors Providing leadership, direction, and guidance of credit union activities Analyzing the effectiveness of all operations Developing and maintaining organizational structure and effective personnel Driving the strategic planning process Representing Penn State Federal Credit Union to regulatory agencies, trade associations, community and civic organizations, members, and other financial institutions Fostering and maintaining a positive workplace culture that values collaboration and trust The ideal candidate should have a passion for the industry, be an effective strategist with excellent communication skills who is devoted to the vision, strategy, community involvement and core values of the Credit Union. The successful candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree, at least ten years of progressive experience in the industry with five years’ experience leading a financial institution as a senior executive.
