Position Duties:
Conducting pre-operative evaluations, monitoring patient vitals, and preparing for anesthesia induction. Administers anesthesia under an anesthesiologist's direction and collaboration, and ensures life support functions during procedures including induction and intubation. Manage pre- and post-anesthesia care, respond to abnormal patient reactions, and provide emergency interventions like intubation and resuscitation when needed. Responsibilities also include maintaining detailed records, communicating patient status, adhering to infection control protocols, and ensuring proper equipment function. Your Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher with advanced certifications Nationally accredited CRNA or CAA program BLS, ALS, and PALS certifications Ability to obtain Missouri Licensure Preference for 1+ years of Anesthesia experience SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital, a LEVEL 1 Time Critical Diagnosis hospital in Stroke, Trauma and STEMI, is at the forefront of ground-breaking medical treatments, procedures, clinical trials and comprehensive patient care.
